Flourish and Splat
Serving the families of MKs, TCKs, Military kids, and Expat Kids
Anyone who has grown up with a blending of cultures in their developmental years is considered a Third Culture Kid (TCK).
Our Mission
We coach parents on the unique circumstance of TCKs and ways they can intentionally help their children thrive through childhood and into adulthood.
We empower TCKs through artistic expression to process their life experiences in a way that’s healthy and conducive to emotional resilience.

The Practice of Processing:
Exploring our emotions to chart an intentional course
About the book:
It is impossible to live an intentional life without processing our emotional experiences, yet, so many of us did not grow up learning this skill. The Practice of Processing: Exploring Our Emotions to Chart an Intentional Course gently invites us to delve into our experiences from an emotional perspective and gives us a helpful grid for doing this work that has historically been so abstract. If you are looking to grow in emotional intelligence, self-awareness, and internal processing, this book will guide you in that journey.
