Flourish and Splat is a traveling service that specializes in TCK care with an emphasis in art processing. Utilizing slow traveling, Flourish and Splat spends approximately a month in an area to offer teaching and coaching services. This amount of time is sufficient to help bolster families in need and Flourish and Splat is available for virtual sessions if additional time is requested.

Elizabeth Smith
Elizabeth has two TCKs of her own who have lived most of their lives outside of their home country. Thru searching for resources for them, she was struck by the lack of resources available and set out to create her own.
Elizabeth has a background in counseling, cross-cultural leadership and training, curriculum development, and art. She has experience facilitating large groups of TCKs through various team building exercises and art camps. Elizabeth loves coaching parents on how they can develop deeper relationships with their TCKs.
